That's correct. When an immobilized result is rolled for a vehicle that is already immobile, treat it as a weapon destroyed result instead.
If a vehicle is immobilized and has no weapons remaining, the next immobilized or weapon destroyed roll counts as wrecked.

Do passengers get to fire at cruising speed if thier weapons are S4 or below, as if defensive weapons?
I am referanceing my desire to load trukks with boyz with shootas and tear around the tabletop blasting away, by the way.
After a quick search I found this, which pretty much says no unless something changed over the last three years.
You guys always crush my cheesy hopes and dreams... but at least I can still move 6 (+1 for red) and have rolling cover for a round.

The interesting question is, can you move your open-topped ork trukk 12" and then throw everybody out and then let them shoot? They've disembarked, so they aren't passengers anymore.
