Actual Dimensions of Tau Miniatures??

I'm going to be playing WH40K with some buddies, and they've already said I can proxy part of my army ($150 I can swallow. $300 I can't...). But, if I'm going to proxy, I want to do it well. So, I'd like to build a Tau Hammerhead, a Tau Sky Ray and a Tau battlesuit HQ (perhaps Shadowsun or O-Shovah). My question is this: what are the (approximate) dimensions of each of these miniatures, so my Lego models can be as close as possible to the real thing??
