The Custard Factory

My fellow Astronites, I have good news!

Japehlio and myself are teaming up to offer a conversion/modeling and painting commission service: The Custard Factory! For those not familiar with our work, do check out our latest WIPs (JP and Consadine). In fact, check out our bloggy-website-thing, with some pretty pictures on it too (to be fair, if you've been around Astro, you'll have seen what is on there).

For pricing, as this is an important factor in all of this, we are working on a set of guidelines that will be what you can plan a project around. However, and in the meantime, we do ask that you send us an email or PM with what you want done and we'll work out the materials needed, time commitments, etc, to determine the true cost of the project. We will be purchasing as many of our supplies through Total Wargamer as we can in order to help keep prices low.

There are no delusions of making a living off of this. Beer/paint/small hobby money, really.

We are looking forward to hearing from you; don't forget to spread the word!

Very good. The way you both have improved your painting over the last year should definitely generate some interest. I'll be watching to see some of the awesome work you two produce.

Next time a conversion project comes to mind, so will the Custard Factory :)

Hmmm...i just realized that Japh is going to be the converter and then Cons will do the painting. Deadly combination. I also thought about the whole competition thing and felt a little sorry for Pherion and some of the others who have started taking comissions. Hope things go well for you guys.

Here's a thought....What if......Artsoldier35 and Pherion did the same thing? (Just kidding)
