I'd be tempted to drop the reaver bow off the hero, replace with shadow armour (to alow scout set up) puting a nice big Great weapon to give the SW a little more hitty power....

Do you need the eagle to march block if you have two units of shadow warriors?

Drop the eagle, hawkeye and both shadow walkers (they only all add +1 bs to 3 models, is 30 odd points worth it?)

OK, so bed didnt happen lol...

What I have for this log at the mo stands at:

Wood Elf noble with great weapon and bow
10 Shadow Warriors
18 Glade Guard (10 built, will be my archer regiments, as the hoods and cloaks fits in very well with the Nagarythe theme of the force, I cant imagine woodland ambushers wearing robes...)

So aside from the Eagle, I have 500 points to be painted. w00t!

For the larger lists, I went with White Lions as they would fit in nicely with their "woodland" expertise, and great weapons are too nice to pass up! I think the 1500 point list in particular has a lot of promise, the large amount of scouting archers and the mobility of the Eagles will give most opponents quite a bit of trouble, the mage can potentially shut down a magic phase (if I get drain magic off, and he gets to steal power dice) and by the time a CC opponent gets to my lines then he should A: be whittled down enough to be fended off and B: he has 14 white lions waiting for him. Against a shooty opponents, the shadow warriors, if in cover, should be able to out-shoot most opponents, and the eagles will go a-hunting of their warmachines.

Some armies will give me trouble here. Wood elves for one. High toughness, high armour values will screw me over. Well, make it harder...

The conversion looks cool, though I think the Moonbow would benefit from a touch of colour.

ach, he isnt finsihed yet! had to get him ttop ready for the tale (so 3 colours) but when I have spare time im totally gonna finishe him off. Sure there's bare metal on the hand!

I didn't even see that lol. What colours are you going to go with?

Well the moons shall be highlighted gold-->silver, the bow Im not sure yet, probably a dark greyish colour. Need to finish him tho, so not much time will be spent.

On a seperate note, I went out shopping today, found a stockist of Vallejo paints! so got me some of them, and I need to go back into town with about £30-40 and head to a model train shop, because in there they have perfect foliage mats and hedges/flocking materials to really make these look like woodland ambushers...

trust me, I has a plan...
