Tal, pretty sure the Raven Guard tend to ignore musters to defend planets deemed not vital by the imperium and just left undefended. Not sure if they would actively get in a fight with a supposed...

Relic holds all the rights to DoW, they went with Relic to Sega after the buyout. Relic aren't anywhere near dying out, they have CoH 2 coming and another game in development. No new DoW games...
