Hey NoPoet! Actually, I'm still in Korea, but this week and the next will be pretty busy as I'm going to be going on vacation and away from a computer. If you could email me what you want, I could give the poem in by the first weekend of May. Sounds okay?

Hey Adam! Sorry for not being on IL.net a bit more - I believe I still have an account there but every time I try to log in I'm not allowed in because of an invalid script. Feel free to post my works up on the website, I know you'll cite me as the (humble) author. For my short stories, try 'The Tao of Waaagh!', 'Santiaga Path', 'Liar' and 'Hypocrite'. I'll be able to give 20K a read-through this coming weekend - I wouldn't say I'm professional since I'm unpaid (and only the pros get paid...) but I can give you my two cents.

I also suggest getting Magic Launcher, which is a custom launcher for the game. It will allow you to run most mods without modifying the minecraft.jar in any way and allow you to create multiple 'Profiles' for different set ups. So you can have many different mod combinations without having to have a ton of minecraft.jar versions, and it allows you to play older versions of the game easier too, so remember to keep backups of old .jar files just in case.

You don't need a headset, though I use one with a mic so I can play multiplayer with Steam or Skype on the side. I have no idea how compatible Xbox stuff is with a PC though, since I have never really owned a Xbox, but everything can be made to work with a PC pretty much. Just google it or something.

Mod wise, I tend to use ones that are mostly convenience or graphical, since I like the default gameplay. Though two mods I can heavily recommend for all players is Optifine and Rei's Minimap.

Optifine greatly improves the performance of the game whilst giving more video setting options and allowing you to run all texture packs.

Rei's Minimap is a minimap mod that also lets you set Waypoints so that you don't have to write the cords down of places all the time. You can just use the map instead.

That's a bit of a shame about the woman situation - you will certainly know when you meet the 'right one', as cliched as that is. It's usually the one with the biggest ( o ) ( o ).

I have been playing the PC version every week since December 2010, so I can vouch for it being worth it. There is so much more to do these days. It is the single best game I have ever had the pleasure of playing and has single handedly made me a gamer again and destroyed my dwindling companionship with the ol' hobby. If you get it and learn up, give me a buzz and I will consider letting you on my server, if you like.

Life has the ups and downs. I'm back in South Korea and teaching here again for the third year and finally have the internet in my apartment. Therefore life is more manageable knowing I can connect with others online again. :) How goes everything in your corner of the world?

Hi mate, things have been all over the place as usual. I've neglected the new Imp Lit for perhaps too long due to events in real life which I didn't expect to get in the way. Working on 20K again but this time with a view to getting it done. Other than that, a million small changes! Glad you're ok; I know you don't visit IL any more and the place is currently dead, but maybe it would help if you'd pop over there and say hello? And maybe tell other people here that you've done so? Just a small request, I know you're busy :)

Hi Adam - not too bad mate; am still living right down on the south coast of Hampshire. I came off Facebook around about the same time that I moved in with the missus as I simply wasn't getting the time to get online. I'm still not to be fair, but I try and make half an hour every evening to pop online.
