Hi there, my name is Scolar and I\'m 16. Is it okay if I finish my little holiday from astro and come back? So as many of you would have realised, I over reacted in a certain topic and for that I am sowwy :(

Anywho in the time I\'ve been away (how many weeks?) I\'ve started collecting some Flames of War models, 15mm WW2 table top game, and been on holiday. Needless to say after my \'holiday\' that was actually more like a school extension I want to get back into warhammer and such. I hope I havn\'t missed the Hunt!

- The Hunt has slowly started of a few days ago

- Adders has started up the ambitious warhammerwiki project (warhammerwiki.org). If you\'d be interested check out the new wiki forumsection.

Wow it looks like it is all go at the moment then, the tale of 5 gamers is looking sweet already. Do not fret Farskit! I shall aid my brethren in the battle soon enough (what I mean to say is that I need my entry PM to remind me what my character actually was :P ).
It\'s great to see that the painting comp has lots of entries, when does it and the pirate competition end?

Quality to see you again Scolar, i missed you both on the forums and as an opponent in vassal.

Hope to see you around more often now, things are getting interesting now here. In fact me and kharn, along with others, managed to have a heated but civil debate that spanned around 3 pages during just a couple of hours, about the new chaos codex, and its world eaters.

so now i guess we can all just chat about warhammer, try and finish this emepror damned wiki giant, and let loose our... wako side.

Indeed, very succesful competition. I think it will be ending anytime now, the orginal deadline was end of the month (july). Hawke pushed it forward a bit to squeeze in those new entries.

As for the pirate comp, Drackonis is using a handy system. No dealine until X people have entered after that everybody else interested get another X days to get their stuff in.

the way i figure it if people are gonna put an entry in, i can give it a week or two more, so feel free to enter.

And yeah, i\'m orgernising the arms race for apocolypse. Being the one with insane amount of time i can get a descent army ready quite quick. Since chaos got screwed over i\'ve gone to bloodpact ig, so check out the WIP tank thread of mien

Its not out till september here, but the rumours we have are so fantastically accurate that we could pretty much write the codex now without buying it.

Welcome back we all react sometimes I went away as well, flames of war eh. I have 20mm stuff for that. Ah my Kongstiger puts the fear of tanks into the British..:P

Lynch mob you say. Naw I am a traditionalist, boiling hot tar and feathers. Kharn warms his hands over the large pit of tar.

Then you can lynch him. Its like hanging a chicken.

Don\'t get me started on what my World Eaters have lost, I could certinally write a better codex for my Khornate madmen.

I am going to test the new codex against the old codex this Tuesday in my local GW shop against the manager. He assures me that it is better all around.

Rest assured a very annoyed Kharne is not someone you want to play in a game of 40k. I am all sweetness and light here on Astro but I have a mean side that makes Hawke look like a carebear.

Basically the whole marking system has been reworked. Check the rumour mill for more info... the latest update i know about is on:
\"more chaos lies/wishful thinking\" or a similar thread. I stole a rumour roundup from warseer and posted it on around the 6th or 7 page.
Warseer until recently had enough info to put together stat lines and points costs, but its now been removed. Theres been a fair few changes though, browse the rumour forum and you should find plenty.



EDIT: oh yeah, and i think im gonna be going into hiding for a while... preferably with mafia protection.

Clearly you\'ve never seen me against any ultramarine players. i was that angry i was able to take him out of the game by turn 3.

As for you wako, you could hide in the darkest reaches of the universe, in the center of a sun, in the backroom of adders, but there is no place in any universe safe from you. As farskit pointed out, i exist in several dimensions symalteniously, not to mention all the... how shall i phrase this... bloodthirst that has built from seeing several crap chaos books.
