Well all of my Orks have each aquired a lovely pure static grass base and now i\'ve decided to change it all to something that is much more acceptable. the only thing is that it takes ages to get it off so i was wondering if someone might know how to get static grass off bases quickly and easily...
thanx in advance

Have you tried sliding a knife under the PVA glue?

A quick slide of the knife should work, or you could simply by a gwbag with bases quick, easy, clean and even cheap.

yep a knife will sure work well. If not a knife then use one scissor blade

Yeah for ?3 you could buy a new bag of bases and just start fresh. It would be a lot less work as well.

Yah as said before, craft knife straight under, works wonders for me! But seriously *GENTLY* pull em off the bases and just buy new ones,

How do you pull the models off gently?
I\'ve tried before but to no avail and was left with many stumps of Tau legs...

Soak the base or where the feet hit the base with Nail polish remover (destroys the glue) Also when you put models together don\'t glue them SO tightly they wont come off.. ive swapped SM arms soo many times as i only put a wee bit of glue on em but still enough to hold them in place :)
