Quite a few interesting miniature lines out there, all rather depends on whether you want to stick with the themes of Necromunda (scifi with a tiny bit of post-apocalyptic thrown in) and which warbands you want to work with.

I can certainly recommend Pig Iron Miniatures (Link (http://www.pig-iron-productions.com/)) for some of the available gangs:

Granted I am a tad biased here as I love their work, at the very least you could have a look at their range of head sprues. There's bound to be something interesting in there that will help to give your band a unique & coherent feel. The only tougher thing to do is to get enough minis with light weaponry (pistols, clubs etc.) in there using Pig Iron.

If you're willing to spend some cash you may also want to look into the fantastic-looking Eden miniatures from Taban - link (http://www.taban-miniatures.com/shop2/index.php).
Keep in mind though that Eden minis frequently are larger than GW materials, seemingly working on a 30-40mm scale, rather than the normal, heroic 28mm scale.

Another alternative (and fantastic game / universe) would be Dark Age - CMoN webstore (http://www.coolminiornot.com/shop/miniatures/dark-age-games). The currently 5 available factions should be able to cover a considerable proportion of the Necromunda factions. in fact only the truly tech-advanced Spryrers are out here. What's more there are several very nice starter warband boxes that come with a very nice selection of minis:

They may not be the cheapest option out there, but the minis are very nice and you only need so many anyway, even for a large Necromunda gang!

If you need more options just let me know, should be able to dredge up some more alternative miniature lines
