Yes I had heard of this one.

However I didnt want to repeat it this soon.

I have Man O war already all the updates and all the White Dwarf supplements. However if this comes out I will probally buy it.

It is a good game as long as they dont dumb it down too much.

10 bucks says i'm going to end up buying it =))

Plus the rumor seems pretty legit considering they're also releasing vampires next for fantasy.

Manowar? This is a forum for miniatures not heavy metal bands.

Can only hope GW have the confidence to revamp all of the other specialist games too. Would be good to have more mordheim players!

Don't show those nutters in my face again! I spent ages looking for a Man O' War forum, signed up because you had to register to gain access, and it was this silly looking lot! Half of the time they dress like the HQ Barbarian in my sig!

I prefer Bolt thrower much more choas!

Anyway rumour also puts the price round about 70 so we shall see what its like before Kharn parts with one of Kellens kidneys!

hmm i liked it in the day, but with limited release no updates and only two fleets, its not going to compete with uncharted seas for me, and that price! OUCH!!

Could always just play the original game? Plenty of fleet lists there.

the point is dude, if i wanted to play the original i still would be, uncharted seas came along and did it better i feel, this would have been a chance for GW to regain the cown, but on a one off release they wont, mind i think it would be hard too anyway, i cant ever trust GW to not cut off its "specialist" games.

I find that some of the fan support for Specialist Games is far more comprehensive than GW's efforts, and because of this games like Epic and Battle Fleet Gothic are thriving, if you know where to look. There also no reason not to use proxy ships made by other manufacturers, because some of them are decent. This is something GW need to be aware of.

I do agree that official is better, but I also don't like letting collections of rules and models for unsupported games get resigned to wargaming heaven either.
