Plague Marine Terminators conversion

Question, does anyone remember those Plague Marine Terminators that were featured in the White Dwarf a few years back? I will soon be starting a Plague Marine army and I really liked the bloated look and I was wondering if anyone knows how it was done, or What White Dwarf issue it was in.

it was done using greenstuff, and im pretty sure they took a kniffe and did a bit of typical nurgle armour damage(notches etc)
