Not too sure if this is the right place to post this but...
...does anyone still play (or have) the old Mechwarrior Battle-clix tabletop game?

Although I don't really play it now, this game was the first thing that got me into the gaming hobby. I personally love the models but the rules are all a bit too confusing for me :exasperated:.
So, does anyone play this?

I played the original when it was on Hexes without click bases. Some of the first models I painted. I still miss it sometimes.

I used a bunch of those clix battletech models to build Tau stuff :)

Ah yes Mechwarrior, the beginning of the end was the Clan stuff, omimechs were just so damned powerful....

I loved that game, but then im old 'Battletech' player, still got my Steiner force in my gaming cupboard, havent played for a while though, the models where good and i have played more than one game using the old rules with them.

Hmmm I did have a couple of lances of Com star....I loved white mechs and the epic rhinos were really good for use as light vehicles.
Word of Blake are all heretics.....
Clans were just a bit too powerful for my tastes, especially before the inner sphere got the upgrades. I was really one sided when they first hit the scene...
Atlas and archer for the win....

I did prefer the maps as all that turning on the terrain boards did my head in....
