that could be cool, some good choices there, if a little costly.

Nice, I had completely forgotten about that bounty hunter model. I may have to look into getting a version of that myself to paint up as Hex the way I see her,or possibly mod it a little bit so that its slightly more representative of the RPG character rather than a model for your combat patrol.

hmm, looking forward to seeing more of these! In fact a karma boost is winging its way to you, I approve whole heartedly!

Doesn\'t Hex have these filthy dreadlocks in her hair? Good luck modelling those.... :P

I always imagined her taking care of her appearance, not to the level of being vain but as Aun said she does seduce men to get what she wants but with minging hair how could she!

I am thinking about using Dante\'s Inferno Pistol and Helbrechts Power Sword for my Inquisitor? Thoughts?

And thoughts on the list?

      Dreadlocks!!!!!!!!

Hex does not wear her hair in dreads! Go back and check her description, it says that she wears her hair in braids! If you really want to find out the difference in painful terms then go and ask a girl who has spent a couple of hours putting her hair into braids and tell her that you don\'t like her dreads! I guarantee you\'ll find out the difference in between the beatings and slappings!

Hex is virtuallly obsessed with her appearance. I think those weapons will work great on the inq, but you\'ll have to do some fairly major modelling to make SM weapons not look tiny in the hands of an elf mage. And I think it would be a waste to lose that staff, it just looks so cool, and there\'s no need for a power weapon to be a sword. You could remake him for it to become a staff (maybe he could find it in the course of our adventures in DFII).

Apologies master. I thought wrong. Very sorry. Forgiveness please.

But as our bigotted friend Karl would say \' she\'s still gang scum\'

Cheers,

Is an Elf Mage a particularly large model then?

I thought that it would be on the same scale!

A fair point regarding the staff. I will consider it. Perhaps the end could be made more bladish?

Are you happy with Hex\'s gear, of bolt pistol and power weapon? She only has a 6+ save though.

d\'oh, got my words backwards there. I meant that the weapons may dwarf the elf, for some reason the SM weapons are made to a slightly larger scale than most others.

But as our bigotted friend Karl would say \' she\'s still gang scum

please, that \'Good looking, pirate hive scum\'! She makes no secret of being a hiver, although she doesn\'t advertise her pirate background at the moment, maybe at a later date!

How about trimming the jewel off the end, and then pinning a blade of some decription to the tip in place, so it becomes a kind of power halberd? maybe try to find something to make it look like the left-hand weapon (http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefront/store.uk?do=Individual&code=9947139905001&orignav= 300808) in these?

Thats what I thought you meant.

Something like this:

Librarian Force Halberd (http://www.bwbits.com/category/conversion_corner.librarian_w__force_halbred/)

Aun O Vader

yes, but I imagine him with something more elegant than a massive chunky SM weapon. maybe some kind of elf blade? You don\'t want anything that will dwarf that narrow staff.

I (I mean he )never made any refernce to her piratical history. Just her ganger one. In Karl\'s mind if you dress like that you\'ve got to be in a gang, deny it or not...

Xander that Mage is actually the perfect base model for a character I\'ve wanted to make for a long time!

Cheers,

Dim

Well, Hex makes no secret of her gang background, in fact she is very proud of it. Don\'t forget, for Necromunda hivers their gang is their family, even more so for the Exantra family. They have six members in my Escher gang, and in reality the fluff is that they are a major family in the Buck\'s Stone settlement, providing many of the gang\'s new recruits. As well as Henrietta and her twin sister Lucille, there is also Marie, Veronica, Nicollete and Bastilla. Their other sisters, Katarina and her twin Georgina have just turned 12 and are just waiting for the chance to join, but her next youngest sister Cecille is only 10 so is still to young to even be considered a juve, so she acts as a message runner for the gang. There are other sisters, but you don\'t need to know about them.

Oh, and I\'ve just remembered, Hex has a bionic hand, dont forget that if you are modelling her (although she usually wears a glove to conceal it).

That sig is genius!

I may yet steal it!

So d\'ya reckon of i got a tasty looking elf or eldar blade and pinned it to the end I\'d have a nice looking power halberd thing (would also do as a force weapon)!

No Aun0 vader\'s sig isnt gettting tiresome. I can\'t even be botherd to read all the text you put in your sig HV.

Anyway, if you pin the blade to the staff it would look cool.

I\'ve also just had a look through the GW store, and found the perfect hand.
http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefront/newimage.asp?Size=A&Img=8589

Cut the blade from the existing hand, I assume that the knife in her hand is also attached to the jacket. If you leave this knife in place then it will look pretty cool. Cut the hand from this arm and the hand off the bionic arm, and put the two together, probably find that the new bionic hand fits almost perfectly into the gap between the dagger and the wrist. Giving you Hex!
