Old School Rat Ogre

Here is a Rat Ogre I just finished. Well sort of, I didn't have any static grass and I plan on adding that to the base in patches, but otherwise it is done.

A little history on this one. This is not actually a current Rat Ogre. GuinnessGremlin (A close friend of mine) found this in his collection in pieces from his older days of Bloodbowl. I couldn't help but put him back together and make him right again.

Hopefully he will be happily stomping and maiming enemies on a regular basis again here in the near future.

I have always run a skaven BB team :P. I had a fully painted skaven team for quite a while beforehand.... of course that was before lizardmen had a bb team by GW

Nice to see BB models popping up :) Me and a couple of buddies are running our annual "Deathbowl" tournament in 2 weeks. Amazing how many people still play and organize events for a game with next to no support :)

The LGS here in town is getting ready to start a BB league. I plan on running a Skaven team so have been catching up on the rules again. This guy (if GG doesn't steal him from me that is) will probably hold up the center.

also keep a look out for it, I plan on creating a BB pitch here soon too!

Nice ! can't wait ! We've built many pitches over the years - a Khorne-field (he heh) that's a shallow lake of blood with skulls floaring to mark the squares and bronze platforms floating everywhere. There's a lizardman\slann pitch that's an irregular swamp - brilliant. Also did a leather and rivets board out of buffalo skin with a silkscreened "Motorhead" logo and silkscreened silver lines for the zones. I'll take pics, post some stuff up. I play orks, humans, and an "Albion Kelts" team that plays like Norse. Cool to see other BB players here :) Cheers!
