View Full Version : Sandbags?

Has anyone ever come across a site or company that sells 25-28 mm sandbags? I'm looking to do up my next chimera something along the lines of this:

Not quite as excessive as that, but I want to pile sandbags on the roof around the hatches and perhaps place some troopers in firing positions taking cover behind them. I could sculpt them if I can't find anything suitable, of course, but its easiest to just buy 'em.

Thanks in advance!

My pleasure and thanks for the rep! Figured the first one would fit perfectly with the kind of stuff you wanted to do on your vehicles.

Indeed it does, that's a useful technique.

Tamiya sell sand bag sets... They're pretty cheap I think...

Oeh, very nice find Castus. Making your own stuff is nice, but those 48 bags make for a very nice buy!
