Okay can anyone tell me how i can carve an incription (name, saying) into plasticard? (i also have peices to make a card board one)

If it is plastic, use a heated knife/nail/needle to melt the plastic with it. Heat it with a lighter, then Use the knife/nail/needle like a pen. Be very careful, and practice first.
Use with caution and in a well ventilated room under adult supervision. And knowing is half the battle! YO JOE!

Thanks laz! Ugggg but the burning plastic smell is gonna stink.....eh oh well..... now back to toiling....

Hey McLovin, I found an interesting piece of equipment that you might look for.  It's a hot knife, an exacto blade on the end of a soldering iron.

A small rotary drill/grinder (dremel) type thing would work.
On mine it's got attachments definitely small enough to carve lettering with, and it was only £15, about $20-30 I think. It's light enough to not give me a problem with delicate work, so should be ideal, no smell either, though you might want to wear some goggles/sunglasses.
